Responsible Gambling Policy

Our approach to responsible gambling

We want entering our lotteries to be an enjoyable experience.

Winning a major prize can be exciting, and we want participating in our lotteries to remain fun and positive. We are committed to operating our lotteries fairly and responsibly, providing clear information about our prizes and chances to win, and taking reasonable steps to prevent and minimise gambling-related harm.

Play responsibly
Buying lottery tickets should be treated as entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems. We encourage you to:

- only spend what you can afford to lose;
- set a limit before buying tickets and stick to it;
- keep track of how much you spend across different lotteries;
- never borrow money to buy tickets or chase money you have already spent; and
- take a break or seek support if gambling is causing problems for you or someone close to you.

Buying more tickets may increase your chance of winning, but it does not guarantee that you will win.

Our commitment
We will provide clear information about ticket prices, prizes, ticket availability, closing and draw dates, and important conditions of entry.

We will promote our lotteries responsibly, take reasonable steps to prevent underage participation, and provide customers with ways to stop receiving lottery marketing or request restrictions on their participation.

Need help or want to take a break?
