In the event of a quality issue with any of our merchandise, Northern Rescue will be happy to refund or replace any of the purchased physical goods upon return of the originally purchased item(s) within 28 days of purchase.
Northern Rescue will consider exceptional circumstances for refunds of donations, if you have made a donation you need to withdraw or dispute please contact us.
Delivery costs are included in the purchase price of all merchandise. A physical receipt will be issued within 7-10 days of merchandise being sent. Regular giving donations will be issued at the end of each financial year, one-off donations will be posted after payment has been processed.
